PURPLE DESERT UNVEILS NEW SUBLABEL “FRAGMENTS” — A RAWER, FUTURE-FACING DIMENSION OF SOUND
After carving out a distinct identity within the electronic music landscape, Purple Desert now opens the door to a new chapter with the launch of its official sublabel: Fragments.
Born from the creative core of Purple Desert, Fragments is designed as a platform for sonic diversity, experimentation, and forward-thinking electronic music. While the main label has become known for its signature atmosphere and carefully curated aesthetic, Fragments pushes deeper into the underground — into spaces where genres blur, structures collapse, and convention no longer matters.
The new imprint embraces a wide spectrum of electronic sounds: from hypnotic house grooves and raw techno pressure to glitch-fueled experimentation, peak-time festival energy, fractured beats, and break-driven rhythms. Rather than defining itself through one sonic formula, Fragments exists to champion evolution — music that feels bold, unpredictable, and unrestricted.
At its core, Fragments operates as a creative laboratory. A place where established artists and emerging talent can challenge expectations, test new ideas, and redefine the boundaries of club music. The label’s philosophy is rooted in movement: constant transformation, risk-taking, and a refusal to stand still.

It feels fantastic being part of such a special and unique release (HydraTek “The Awakening” Remix Album), composed of absolutely top notch producers and insanely creative work. I want to thank HydraTek for the AMAZING original – for its sound design, deep Techno roots, and for its huge emotional impact on the senses. I salute everyone involved with the project – Impello, Motja, Maalgabeskij, Mvrlo, Wax of Prey, Sean Latino, THEOPI, BIIANSU, and Leda. I cannot put into words how lucky I feel to be featured alongside y’alls incredible remix efforts. This album will always hold a special place in my heart. I am beyond honored to be included.
